Mobile Grocer and Farm Stand Services RFP

Description: Travis County Healthcare District, d/b/a Central Health, seeks a provider to operate mobile and/or pop-up fresh-food markets at designated Central Health and other approved community sites in Travis County, Texas. The requested services include affordable produce and nutrition-access supports, including SNAP/EBT participation, purchasing incentives, benefit assistance or referrals, and nutrition education, to connect patients and community members with food and related resources. This is a services RFP, not a grant program, with a one-year initial contract and four optional one-year renewals; responses are due November 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
