Mobile Civic Center Arena Construction - Pre-qualification Request for Proposals From General Contractors (RFP)

Construction of a three level sports and multi-use entertainment facility to replace the existing civic center. The facility has a gross building area of 298,000 SF and includes to Displacement pile foundations, precast brick inlaid panels on event level, cementitious panel rainscreen system on concourse and suite level, membrane roof, event arena bowl seating approx. 10,000 people, ice rink and supporting mechanical equipment, grand hall with adjoining ballrooms, additional stand-alone ballrooms, supporting food service, clubs, and bathroom facilities, back of house entertainer suites and locker rooms for sporting events, exterior lighting, utility infrastructure, paving, fencing and landscaping.
