CTC enables customer-proposed waveforms and industry-approved solutions to apply leased bandwidth to meet individual requirements. This service area includes monitoring and control of leased bandwidth and incorporates the option for purchased frequency clearances and licenses. See attached file.

The notice satisfies FAR 5.201(d)’s 40-day publication requirement and indicates acquisitions greater than $25,000 will normally be advertised on SAM.
