Conduct a paid fellowship program for currently serving military spouses (not veteran spouses) from the Active, Reserve, and National Guard components. Fellowships will be 12-weeks in duration and typically consist of five, eight-hour workdays (40 hours per week). Fellowships may be conducted via onsite, remote, or hybrid arrangements. The contractor shall propose their best solution to the government for facilitation and management of the program. The contractor shall emphasize employment opportunities that may result in remote work as well as emphasize all geographical areas to include overseas. The contractor shall provide a means by which participating spouses will be compensated while in their fellowship status. See attached file.

The Program will develop and pilot a decarbonization assessment process for commercial buildings approx 20,000 SF in size and larger and multifamily residential buildings with 15 or more units. The Program will provide free in-depth building audits to support commercial building owners in planning electrification and decarbonization retrofits. These custom plans will be utilized to create a robust set of market resources that support pathways towards full commercial building electrification.
