Description: Work includes of Career Exploration (to include job shadows, job site evaluation, vocational assessments, and other services as needed) Job Development & Preparation Job Placement Personal Adjustment Training Job Coaching Extended Services. DVR’s Mental Health Supported Employment (MHSE) program is an employment program that focuses on employment as a key aspect of recovery. It is developed in cooperation with the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) and implemented at the local level between DVR district offices, local mental health centers, and/or other qualified organizations.
