Provide monitoring of the tribal injury prevention cooperative agreement program. To provide the commercial services for the monitoring of the 15 part i injury prevention programs and 15 part ii injury prevention projects in 12 ihs areas. To provide the indian health service (ihs), division of environmental health services (dehs), an outside evaluation advisory contractor for up to 30 tribal injury prevention cooperative agreements, with 15 part i injury prevention programs and 15 part ii injury prevention projects in 12 ihs areas. The advisory contractor shall provide professional oversight and technical expertise in the best practices in community-based injury prevention program planning, development, implementation, evaluation, training, and resource development. The contractor shall ensure high quality performance in sustaining capacity of the tribal injury prevention programs.

Providers of recreational services for people who have sustained an acquired brain injury. Recreational services will be provided in group settings throughout the commonwealth. Following an acquired brain injury social isolation, depression, and impaired cognition, reduced endurance and social skills pose significant challenges and can impact overall health. Providing culturally competent, varied, high-interest, and properly adapted recreational services serves multiple purposes and creates positive outcomes for participating individuals and the abi (acquired brain injury) community more generally.
City of Hayward
Provide local road safety plan and committed to vision zero by 2050. The city is interested in completing the planning of significant and transformational changes to its high injury network corridors in order to achieve its transportation safety and equity goals. The city intends to develop a high injury network safety plan (plan) that will comprehensively evaluate seven (7) corridors identified in the city's high injury network. The plan will include safety countermeasures, conceptual plans, and cost estimates for each location.
