The contractor shall furnish all labor, material and services, including hoses (200 F of hose at a minimum) and fittings, trucks and pumping equipment required to remove and dispose of the material contained in the Aft Peak tank, utilizing contractor-furnished pumping equipment. The material in the Aft Peak tank is a viscous mixture of lubricating oil, fuel oil, hydraulic fluid, brackish (river/sea) water, oily water, emulsified oil, slop oil and sludge. The Aft Peak tank has a 33,000 gal. capacity. The contents of the material in the Aft Peak tank shall be disposed of by the contractor in compliance with all current Environmental Protection Agency rules and regulations, as well as all applicable State and City/Local rules and regulations.
