McFadden Sewer Lift Station Replacement Project (Phase 2)

City of Huntington Beach

Work consists of replacement and modernization of the McFadden Sewer Lift Station (Station No. 21). The Work includes construction of a new 120 gpm submersible sewer lift station, wet well and valve vault, installation of new gravity sewer and force main, demolition and abandonment of existing facilities, installation of a backup power generator and enclosure, and site restoration. The project includes construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, AC paving, and other appurtenant work.

The project consist of approx 1,380 lf install 12" sdr 35 sewer main via open trench; 251 lf install 12" sdr 35 sewer main with 36" steel casing via jack and bore; 560 install pre-cast concrete wall. 130 lf remove ex. 8-inch asbestos cement sewer main; 1 ls abandon ex. 8-inch sewer main in-place; 59 lf remove ex. 10-inch asbestos cement sewer main; 4 ea abandon ex. 48-inch sewer manhole; 1 ea remove ex. 48-inch sewer manhole; 86 lf install proposed 8-inch sdr 35 sewer main via open trench; 7 lf install proposed 10-inch sdr 35 sewer main via open trench; 1377 lf install proposed 12-inch sdr 35 sewer main via open trench; 235 lf install proposed 12-inch sdr 26 sewer main via open trench; 254 lf install proposed 12-inch sdr 35 sewer main with 36-inch steel casing via jack & bore. City of Bismarck

The project primarily consists of installing a UV treatment system to the existing wastewater treatment plant, construction of a new lift station facility and equipment replacement in an existing lift station.
