MatLAB Software License renewals
Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division seeks capability statements from parties interested in renewing Software Maintenance Service subscriptions for existing perpetual MATLAB licenses and associated toolboxes under Master License 31732211. The notice states that the government intends to award a firm-fixed-price, noncompetitive purchase order to The MathWorks, Inc., citing its exclusive ability to provide authorized updates, patches, and technical support for its proprietary software. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quote; interested parties may submit evidence supporting competition by November 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
