Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant Storage Warehouse

The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering services for the design and construction phase of a new Storage Warehouse Facility at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant, including design plans, specifications, permitting assistance, geotechnical and subsurface utility engineering assessments, and construction phase services. The project requires conditioned storage space for electrical equipment, at least one conditioned testing space, allows for future expansion, and has an estimated construction budget of $1,000,000–$1,500,000.
