Procurement of a newly designed test station to replace the current faa enroute shop arsr4 power amp module test station (pamts) with functions similar to the exisiting test station. This requirement will include the development of a new interface adapter and fixture with test/repair software and procedures needed to test the two (2) arsr4 power amp module (pam) boards to their required specifications. Eustis, VA encompasses the installation of equipment where none currently exists, and includes a 150KVA transformer; a 30 KVA transformer; two 208 volt, 60 amp disconnects; a 480 volt, 150 amp disconnect; a 100 amp sub planel (1207208 volt); one quad outlet; and an emergency stop circuit. The new equipment will be situated appropriately to enable full operation of the training device, similar to the other devices in the hangar. On-site training, consisting of a brief orientation on the operation and functionality of all new equipment will be provided immediately following completion of system installation. Operational testing of the system will also be conducted with the end-user upon completion and obtaining customer sign-off.
