The State of Washington Department of Natural Resources is seeking to lease approximately 3,572 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, vehicle storage, and dorm space in the Walla Walla area for an initial 5-year term (minimum 5 years, maximum 10 years). The lease will use State-approved lease documents, require prevailing wages for workers, and the space should meet the RES definition of Existing Space and include the infrastructure and storage described in the solicitation.
