Marion JH West Gym HVAC Replacement RFP
Provide replacement of existing HVAC system in the west gym with new high efficiency rooftop units, flat roofing replacement, and miscellaneous finish work. Work to include, but is not limited to, the removal of two existing air handling units, the installation of two (2) new rooftop units, new ductwork, required structural reinforcement, electrical wiring, gas piping, removal of existing masonry wall construction to create new duct openings, removal of existing hydronic piping, removal of existing exhaust fans, the replacement of approximately 7,670 SF of existing flat roofing system with new epdm roofing system, painting as required, and miscellaneous items.
