Marine Corps e-Learning Ecosystem (MCeLE) Support Services

Description: This active Sources Sought/RFI seeks market-research input on support services for the Marine Corps e-Learning Ecosystem, part of Training and Education Command’s Total Learning Architecture and used by formal learning centers and unit training programs. The potential work includes administrative management and education of users on MCeLE components, with operational, student-support, and educational-technology support requirements. The Government seeks input on existing contract vehicles and whether a later procurement should be a small-business set-aside or full-and-open competition; this notice expressly is not an RFP, and no contract will be awarded from it.
