Description: The City of Vallejo Public Works Department seeks lump-sum construction bids for major maintenance and improvements to the Mare Island Naval Chapel and Admiral’s Mansion/Quarters A. Naval Chapel work includes shingle and wood-trim repairs, stair repairs, exterior painting, gutter repairs, and verification of accessible walkway slopes. Quarters A work includes accessibility improvements, foundation and seismic repairs, structural upgrades, electrical and plumbing modifications, and exterior restoration under HUD- and NPS-labeled grant scopes.
