Summary
The Project consists of the tenant improvement of existing Maple Lane residential treatment facility buildings Olympic, Pacific and Rainier and the creation of an outdoor patient area adjacent to these buildings. The Project also includes a renovation of a restroom in the Multi-Services Center Building and the replacement of the exiting fire alarm system in the building. Scope of Alterations work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: Interior renovation of three (3) buildings (Olympic, Pacific and Rainier), approx. 7,200 SF each. Scope includes selective
demolition of interior walls, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Scope includes new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, and modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication systems. Site work to include the creation of three (3) outdoor areas adjacent to the Olympic, Pacific and Rainier Buildings. Scope also includes a renovation of one (1) restroom in the Multi-Services Center Building and the replacement of the building's fire alarm system.
