Structural scope includes CMU mortar joint crack repair, concrete crack and spalling repairs, curtain wall sealant repair, steel corrosion repairs, stucco and topping slab repairs, moisture damage repair and skylight sealant repair. Electrical scope includes installing new parking lot luminaires, emergency lights tied to existing circuits, and all associated wiring, conduit and breakers; the procurement requires attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and submission of sealed bid packages as specified.
