Maintenance Supplies and Materials (RFP)

Edgewood Independent School District

Vendors shall provide, but not be limited to, the following categories of maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials: Plumbing supplies (pipes, fittings, valves, sealants, adhesives). Electrical supplies (wiring, conduit, connectors, bulbs, ballasts, breakers). HVAC supplies (filters, belts, refrigerants, lubricants, motors). Building Materials (lumber, fasteners, brackets, bolts, flooring, door hardware). Painting supplies (paint, rollers, brushes, solvents, patching materials). Lighting (lightbulbs, gym lights, motion sensors). Grounds supplies (rakes, shovels, grass, fertilizers). Key Making and locksmith supplies (keys, key blanks, lock cylinders). Custodial & Janitorial Supplies (brooms, mops, cleaning agents, disinfectants). General maintenance tools and consumables. The district reserves the right to add or remove categories based on operational needs. The term of the executed Agreement will be for an initial one (1) year term from the effective date. After the initial term, the contract may be extended, at the discretion of EISD, for an additional one (1) year term not to exceed five (5) years with Board of Trustees approval.

Provide maintenance supplies, equipment and services including plumbing, electrical and HVAC parts and equipment; floor covering supplies; concrete and sand; doors and hardware; locksmith items; refrigeration supplies; steel; flags and signs; fencing materials; vehicle repairs and upholstery; landscaping materials; fire equipment, supplies and or services; custodial cleaning supplies.

Provide instructional materials & classroom supplies; instructional services in the classroom; instructional materials; classroom supplies & equipment; electronic supplies and equipment; awards & incentives for the classroom; testing materials; nursing supplies; automotive materials; software and online curriculum programs & services; graphic art supplies & equipment.
