Description: Andron Construction Corp. is seeking subcontractor proposals for the Rockland Psychiatric Center nursing-cores project at 140 Old Orangeburg Road in Orangeburg, New York. The public project renovates nurse-station cores in Buildings 58 and 60, reconfiguring nursing and support spaces across 14 inpatient units and upgrading related finishes, building systems, and security. The project sets participation goals of 18% for minority-owned, 12% for women-owned, and 6% for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses; subcontract proposals are due October 2, 2026.
