LOWER BRULE NORTH SHORELINE STABILIZATION AND ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION, ELEMENT 2

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District plans to issue an invitation for bid for shoreline stabilization and ecosystem restoration at Lower Brule, South Dakota. The project includes a riparian planting bench, gravel maintenance path, island construction, riprap erosion protection, and creation of emergent wetland and riparian habitat, with an estimated construction cost of $10 million to $25 million. It is a 100% small-business set-aside, with the IFB expected to close on or about November 10, 2026, and bids to be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
