Lowell Coordinated Public Transit-human Services Transportation Plan (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking a consultant to update the region's coordinated public transit-human services transportation plan. The coordinated plan identifies the transportation needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes; inventories the public, private, and nonprofit transportation services available to them; provides strategies for meeting unmet needs and improving coordination among providers; and prioritizes those strategies for funding and implementation.
