Los Angeles Equestrian Center, Hansen Dam Equestrian Center and Stoney Point Ranch Equestrian Center Concessions

Description: The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks seeks qualified private operators to operate, staff, and maintain the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, Hansen Dam Equestrian Center, and Stoney Point Ranch Equestrian Center under a 20-year concession with two optional five-year extensions. The concessionaire would provide equestrian boarding, training, riding instruction, events, food service, facility maintenance and upgrades, and revenue-sharing with the City. Proposers may offer to operate one, two, or all three centers and must submit business, management, financial, improvement, and long-term pro forma plans.
