Long Term Management of ILF Wetland Mitigation Sites

Description: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide long-term management services for Wisconsin In-Lieu Fee wetland mitigation sites that have met their final performance standards and been released from performance monitoring. Work will focus on maintaining native species cover and wetland function through invasive-species control, mowing, prescribed burning, and potentially occasional reseeding. The Wisconsin Wetland Conservation Trust has restored 14 sites totaling 850 acres, and long-term management is funded by an endowment and continues in perpetuity.
