Operation for club golf course, function hall and pub for three years beginning january 1, 2026 with the option of extending for two additional one-year periods.

City of Havelock

Upgrading the ada standards, making some electrical repairs and upgrades, and painting the boy's and girl's bathrooms within the interior of the building for the boys and girls club.

Southgate Recreation & Park District

Work consists of site demolition, clearing, grubbing, and small tree removal, rough and finish grading, installation of conduits, pull boxes, and grounding system for future electrical and shade structure improvements, installation of minor landscape drain, concrete flatwork, stamped concrete flatwork, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete curbing, asphalt paving, accessible parking signage, striping.
