LOCK AND DAM 25 NEW 1,200 FT LOCK NAVIGATION AND ECOSYSTEM SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM (NESP)

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is soliciting construction of a new 1,200-foot drilled shaft-founded lock, a 1,200-foot upstream ported guard wall, and a 650-foot downstream guard wall at Lock and Dam 25. The existing 600-foot lock will remain in place as an auxiliary chamber, primarily for recreation traffic or when the new lock is out of service. Plans and the Navisworks model must be requested from the contract specialist for delivery via DoD SAFE, and offers are due November 16, 2026.
