Construction of a new lime softening water treatment plant of 1.8 MGD capacity. The project includes: precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, treatment equipment systems, site and process piping, pumps, HVAC, electrical, site grading, lagoons, and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
