The Metropolitan Council is soliciting bids for the Light Rail Training Center Renovation Phase II (Rebid), Project No. 64107. Scope includes interior and exterior remodeling, added restrooms and training spaces, HVAC/power/data/life-safety extensions, contaminated soil removal, façade repair, parking and stormwater updates; the MCUB participation goal is 14%. Bidders must register as plan holders and submit bids electronically through QuestCDN (eBidDoc™ Project 10003728); a pre-bid meeting (Teams) and site visit are scheduled in January 2026.

Remodeling of portions of the interior and exterior of the light rail training center (LRTC) building. The scope of the phase 2 project is as follows: remodel the east half of the building, including adding additional restrooms, training rooms, exits, and other support spaces, including all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work required. Provide and install windows on the south side of the building. Provide finishes to the east half of the building. Remodel select areas of the west half of the building as indicated on the drawings. Repair the exterior façade and paint. Add parking lot on the west side of the site and update stormwater access. Add the parking along the road between the balloon tracks. Add/modify sidewalks and paved areas around the existing building. Update parking in front of the building for accessibility. Extend and expand the existing HVAC system including ductwork and adding an additional mechanical unit. Extend power, data, and life safety systems into the remodeled areas of the building. Contaminated soil removal in the area of the parking lot as defined in the attached limited phase II drilling investigation.

The City of Fontana is soliciting bids for the City Hall Renovation Project - Phase II, which involves the demolition of the existing City Hall and construction of a new ~44,451 SF building, along with a multi-level exterior plaza and 111 new ground-level parking spaces. This project also includes remodeling a portion of the Development Services Offices (DSO) building and constructing a pedestrian bridge, with phased demolition and construction to minimize disruption. Bidders must possess a Class A contractor's license (or equivalent), provide 10% bid and 100% payment/performance bonds, and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 14, 2026.
