The primary purpose of this contract is to set up an on-call contractor to assist with clearing damaged traffic signal and street light poles in the public right-of-way during emergency situations, performing emergency repairs for traffic signal poles utilizing temporary wood poles, and to replace knocked down poles in non-emergency situations on a later date.
