The work shall include, but not be limited to demolition of the existing stations, by-pass pumping, installation of new pumps and motors, valve boxes, mechanical piping, electrical and control equipment installation. Construction also include dewatering, MOT’s, site preparation, complying with permit conditions, testing and site restoration work for a complete and operating system as well as all appurtenances and other incidentals as indicated by the drawings and specifications for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Lift Station #13 Rehabilitation project. Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to demolish the existing submersible wastewater lift station including pumps, wet well top slab, discharge piping, controls, emergency generator system and fuel system as applicable. The existing wet well below the top slab will remain. The project will include, but not be limited to, the rehabilitation of the existing wet well, installation of submersible wastewater pumps and accessories, access hatches, discharge piping, flow meter vault, gravity sewer, valves, and fittings, macerator assembly, control system, SCADA, electrical service, emergency generator with integral fuel tank, fencing, water service, start-up services, training, site restoration, associated roadway and right-of-way restoration, and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete and accepted project. Construction of this project will require close coordination with the Owner and Engineer.

Removal and replacement of one standard manhole and new diversion manhole.
