Description: Preventative maintenance for hardware and software for the zeutschel os 15000 overhead book scanner. The Contractor shall perform an initial inspection within thirty (30) days of contact award to repair the physical issue on the Zeutschel OS 15000 Overhead Book Scanner (S/N: 65293) to ensure that the scanner is operating and fully functional. Provide on-site preventive maintenance through scheduled service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. Services shall include: Inspection of the scanner equipment components. Cleaning and lubrication on accessible components. Calibrations mechanical adjustments when necessary. See attached file.
