Library Northeast Ramp Project

Scope of work includes renovations for the ne ramp. Removal of existing noncompliant ramp handrails. Removal of existing metal curb/barrier on north side of walkway and replacement with new guardrail to match existing adjacent guardrail. Installation of new ada compliant handrail along entire guardrail. Handrail will have integral low voltage led lighting pucks to illuminate surface of accessible route. Installation of lighting bollards adjacent to existing tree. Removal of door closer at library existing balcony and installation of spring hinges in lieu of closer. Provide waterproofing barrier on the library building exterior wall at the exposed section beneath. See outside link.
