The Seattle Public Library (Central) Level 2 Remodel RFP
The project renovates interior space on level 2 of the central branch to office and mixed-use work spaces to support the shelving and operations team (sho). On levels 1 and 3, the work will infill openings in the existing structural concrete floors where the book conveyor system was previously removed. Scope includes, but is not limited to: modification of existing electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems; construction of new framed walls; installation of suspended ceiling systems; interior finishes; casework modification and fabrication; and supporting work.
