Legal Services (RFP)

Description: Procure one (1) service provider to deliver legal services to persons aged 60 and over who are residents of county. The legal services program assists older persons in advocating for their rights, benefits, and entitlements. Services in non-criminal matters will be provided by attorneys, paralegal and other staff and range from legal advice and drafting of simple documents to representation in complex litigation.
