LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR LANDFILL ENGINEERING SERVICES

Description: The Preble County Landfill intends to contract for engineering services. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications no later than December 11, 2o26. Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Statements of qualifications should include; brief information regarding the firm's history as related to landfill engineering, education, experience, and technical expertise of staff to be assigned to this work, the availability of the staff, equipment, references, and any previous work performed for the Preble County Landfill and/or other landfill facility projects. Please indicate which OEPA District Office is affiliated per project listed and the location for each. Statements of qualifications should be transmitted to: R Kyle Cross, Preble County Sanitary Engineer, 10oo Preble Drive, Eaton, OH 45320. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-73, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the Preble County Landfill will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm that meets or exceeds the needs of the Preble County Landfill.
