LA Sanitation and Environment is soliciting responses from 31 prime consultants on its attached On-Call Consultant List for task order solicitation S-070. Only the listed prime consultants may submit proposals, and proposals or qualifications from consultants outside that list are not accepted. The posting directs interested subcontractors to the attached LASAN On-Call Consultant List and identifies the TOS-70 Issuance document as the scope-of-work attachment.
