The City of Santa Barbara solicits bids for the FY26 Storm Drain Lining Project (Invitation #5073) to line existing corrugated metal pipes at multiple locations, including approximately 611 LF of 12-inch, 70 LF of 15-inch, and 100 LF of 18-inch, with traffic control and notifications required. Bids are submitted electronically, the project is estimated at $320,000 with a March 2026 start and 70 working days duration, and proposals are due 2025-11-20 at 3:00 PM (PST).

Qualified consultants to prepare Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan Community of Bloomington, City of Fontana, and City of Rialto and to design El Rivino Basin and Outlet Storm Drain (Line D) in the unincorporated Community of Bloomington and City of Rialto.

City of National City

Work include replace approx. 356 LF of 12" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) with 24" RCP. Construction of 2 type "A" cleanouts, 2 type "B" curb inlets, 250 SF PCC sidewalk, 50 LF 6" PCC curb and gutter, 2,300 SF AC trench restoration, 1 LS abandon exiting 12" RCP.
