Landscaping and Snow Removal Services RFP

Description: Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging. Improved Grounds: The Contractor shall maintain approx. 5.3 acres of improved grounds. The Contractor shall mow designated improved grounds as necessary to maintain grass height generally between three (3) and six (6) inches. The Contractor shall avoid scalping, uneven cutting, and excessive grass height. The Contractor shall collect or mulch grass clippings. Visible clippings and debris shall be removed from sidewalks, curbs, entrances, driveways, and paved areas following mowing. Portable high-cubic-feet-per-minute (CFM) blowers shall not be used to remove trimmings or debris from sidewalks and paved areas during normal working hours where personnel are present or vehicles are parked.
