Labor Attorney (Request for Qualifications/proposals)
Provide those services outside the scope of the duties of the City Law Director for the purpose of undertaking negotiations of uniformed and non-uniformed collective bargaining units within the City and to provide advice and assistance concerning various labor matters and issues to the Mayor of the City, the Business Administrator and the City Council as well as all litigation/quasi-litigation before federal and State courts, Public Employee Relation Commission, and other Federal/State agencies.
