Koester Block Renovations

The project generally consists of the renovation and modernization of the historic Block, including improvements to enhance functionality, safety, and appearance. The scope of work includes utility upgrades to modernize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring reliable service and code compliance. Facade restoration work will preserve and enhance the building s historic character, including masonry repair, window refurbishment, and exterior finishes. Additionally, the roofing scope includes TPO roofing patchwork to address areas of deterioration and improve water-tightness. All work is coordinated to maintain building operations where possible and to meet applicable regulatory and funding requirements.
