Iron and Manganese Treatment at Well 31

Description: The scope of work for this project generally includes, but not be limited to, well site piping, treatment vessel procurement and installation, concrete and existing surface improvements, and backwash infrastructure improvements with connection to the existing sanitary sewer along Leonard Avenue. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: IRON AND MANGANESE TREATMENT AT WELL 31”
