Single Prime Davenport Hall - HVAC Upgrades

Description: Project replaces the existing air handling units ahu 12 and ahu 13 with a single larger unit on the ground floor, the ahu replacement requires demolition, relocation, and modifications to existing walls, doors, windows, floors, and ceilings to accommodate the new unit. This project will also provide service to rooms 337 and 338 through the new air handler. New ductwork, vavs, and controls are included in this project. This project also includes updates to the existing fire alarm system to provide full fire alarm coverage.
