Description: The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26 to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for the purchase of 2027 BMW R1300RT-P Police Pursuit Motorcycles. WSP intends to procure six (6) 2027 BMW R1300RT-P Police Pursuit Motorcycles, custom built to include the specifications outlined in Exhibit B. It is desirable that the awarded vendor have the capability to install all necessary mounting hardware and connectors for agency-supplied equipment (e.g., radios, LiDAR systems, antennas), with installation preferred to take place within Washington state. The awarded vendor must deliver the completed 2027 BMW R1300RT-P Police Pursuit Motorcycles to WSP Fleet section in Tumwater, WA no later than June 30, 2027. The solicitation includes Exhibits A-1 (Bidder's Certification), A-2 (Bidder's Profile), B (Performance Requirements), C (Bid Price), D (Contract/Purchase Order), and E (Diverse Business Inclusion Plan - Subcontractors). The procurement will be conducted under Washington State procurement priorities and preferences (including Executive Order 18-03, Washington Small Business, Certified Veteran-Owned Business, and PCB-free product preferences) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder consistent with RCW chapter 39.26.
