Summary
The scope of work includes the removal and repair of unsound concrete over public areas, replacement of an overhead corroded washer plate and threaded rods, repair of concrete curbs and ramps used by pedestrians and garage employees, removal of curb remnants, repair of the wearing surface, repair of deteriorated transition patches at vertical misalignments between beams and adjacent surfaces, creation of a drain path for the water trapped behind the national car rental kiosk platform, removal & replacement of isolated areas of the expansion joint and header, removal & replacement of metal stair tread nosing on concrete stairwells and metal pan stairwells, replacement of missing insulation on water lines, removal & replacement of cracked, corroded or/disconnected drainage lines, clearing & flushing of drain lines, replacement of multiple junction boxes, repair and/or replacement of conduits and hangers, and miscellaneous MEP/FP updates/repairs to maintain code compliance from the top level down in the interlink parking garage.
