Task Area 1: Cross Domain Solutions and Digital Content Management: The contractor shall provide personnel to support DCD in implementing capabilities that enable U.S. Army elements, Joint Task Force J2s, Combatant Commands, coalition partners, and other partner organizations to discover and access relevant intelligence reporting across U.S. and multinational computer networks. These networks include JWICS, JWICS-REL, NSANET, SIPRNET, SIPRNET-REL, CENTRIXS-KOREA, USBICES, Trusted Network Environment, NIPRNET, and other mission systems. This program involves the routine transfer of semi-structured and unstructured intelligence reports and products across networks in multiple directions, depending on the classification and releasability of the content. DCD functions as an intelligence dissemination center, executing the transfer of intelligence information to appropriate networks based on classification and releasability. This includes: U.S. intelligence (national to tactical) moved into collateral and multinational domains. Foreign partner reporting moved from partner or multinational domains into U.S. domains.
