Description: CITY OF SANTA FE, TEXAS NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ No. 2026-007 --- Independent Financial Audit Services The City of Santa Fe, Texas, is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed certified public accounting firms. The selected firm will perform the City's annual independent financial audit, including the 4B Economic Development Corporation and, when required, a Single Audit. The audit term begins with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, for three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Sealed SOQs must be received by 2:00 p.m. CT, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at: City of Santa Fe Attn: Natalie Arnett, City Secretary PO Box 950 Santa Fe, Texas 77510 Envelopes must be marked "RFQ No. 2026-007 --- Statement of Qualifications for Independent Financial Audit Services." Late submittals will not be considered. Faxed or emailed submittals will not be accepted. The RFQ packet is available beginning October 12, 2026, on the City's website at www.santafetx.gov or from the City Secretary at citysecretary@santafetx.gov or 409-925-6412. Written questions are due by 5:00 p.m. CT, October 19, 2026. The firm will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications under Chapter 2254, Texas Government Code.
