Smithfield High School Band Room Relocation Project - Smithfield, VA

The scope of work involves the demolition & new construction including all architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural work necessary to convert an existing mechanical room into a new band room. The project also includes converting an existing adjacent classroom into the instrument and uniform storage associated with the band room. The scope includes concrete slab replacement, patching and repair work, demolition and replacement of walls, ceilings, and floor finishes as noted in the contract documents. A new HVAC system to support the new use of the space. New acoustic wall panels and all new finishes within the renovated spaces. New hollow metal doors, frames, aluminum storefront, hardware and access controls are included. See outside link.
