Project includes the addition of two express lanes along i-77 in each direction (with shoulders) from the south carolina state line to i-277 (belk freeway)/nc 16 (brookshire freeway). Additionally, there are 13 interchanges, four grade separations (including one greenway crossing), and four railroad bridges on i-77 within the project limits.
