Project consists of building hvac improvements and renovations. Required subs include drywall, ceiling tile, flooring, roofing, painting, concrete, masonry and MEP trades. See attached file.

Fort Bend Independent School District

Provide hvac multi-campus renovations.

Unionville-Chadds Ford School District

Elementary School HVAC Renovations. Replacement of (5) Rooftop Heat Recovery Units with Dedicated Outside Air System that is an air cooled, DX Rooftop Unit with hot gas reheat, with an energy recovery wheel, and natural gas fired furnace for heating. Re-use existing ductwork. Replace Library RTU with air cooled DX Rooftop unit with hot gas reheat to address humidity, energy recovery wheel as needed per energy code, and natural gas fired furnace for heating. Re-use existing ductwork. All new RTUs to be air cooled DX with hot gas reheat, energy recovery (as needed per code), with natural gas fired furnace for heating.
