The Department of the Navy’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support seeks repair or modification of 22 units of NSN 7R-1610-016410650-EK, under TDP VER 002, with delivery FOB Origin. The item requires Government source approval because it is flight critical and/or available technical data has not been determined adequate for full and open competition, and only previously approved sources have been solicited. Unapproved sources must submit the required source-approval information with their offers, but the Government may proceed with an award without waiting for approval of a new source.
