Construction will consist of: clearing trees and brush from the site, excavating soil to the limits is shown on the plans, disposing of excavated soil, compacting in-place the finished surface of the detention pond, all weather access road, erosion control, inlet and outlet structures, conveyance channels, concrete swale drain, back-slope swale drain with downspouts as shown on plans and a storm water pollution prevention plan.
